The Dik Geurts brand has always stood for craftsmanship, design and authentic wood fires. Since its foundation, the company has established itself as a permanent fixture in the world of fireplaces. With the integration into the innovative company DRU Verwarming B.V. in 2007, Dik Geurts was able to benefit from DRU's centuries of expertise and quality standards.

Special features of Dik Geurts fireplaces

Unique air slide with three settings
The characteristic Dik Geurts air slide enables simple and precise operation of your fireplace:

• Primary ventilation for fast and reliable lighting.
• Secondary ventilation ensures complete combustion of unburnt gases.
• Disc ventilation keeps the glass clean at all times and ensures a clear view of the flames.

Inner lining made of moulded vermiculite
The special inner lining of the Vidar is made of high-quality vermiculite. This material is characterised by excellent heat reflection and offers numerous advantages: Rapid heating of the smoke channel.

• More heat directly in the combustion chamber.
• Clean combustion with a high degree of efficiency that fulfils even the strictest emission requirements.
• For a beautiful contrast to the yellow flames, the vermiculite in the combustion chamber of our designer stoves is dark anthracite.

Outside air connection for optimum efficiency
All Dik Geurts fireplaces offer the option of an outside air connection. This means that the air in the living room remains untouched, which is ideal for well-insulated homes. This system is efficient, clean and environmentally friendly, but not DIBt-certified.

With the Odin, you get a wood-burning stove that impresses with both its technical features and its aesthetics, transforming any room into a cosy home.

The Base model has a newly developed stand that offers the fireplace additional installation options. An outside air connection can be placed in the base for any external combustion air.

In today's well-insulated houses with often integrated ventilation systems, it is crucial to consider the supply air for combustion. Fireplaces with an outside air connection offer the perfect solution for this:

Supply air from outside
Connecting to an external air supply prevents air from being extracted from the living space. This ensures efficient combustion and a pleasant room climate.

Suitable for passive houses
The RLU fireplaces (room air-independent) are specially designed for passive houses. They are characterised by a high level of tightness and are comprehensively tested. With a certificate, they guarantee optimum heating behaviour and a balanced room climate.

Note on certification
The RLU versions are not certified according to DIBt (German Institute for Building Technology). Nevertheless, they offer an excellent solution for modern living spaces with high standards of efficiency and environmental friendliness.
