Today's fire burns in a closed fireplace insert, which is fundamentally different from the classic open fireplace. This shift towards closed systems offers numerous advantages.
Reasons for the change:
- Higher efficiency: fireplace inserts utilise the energy of the fire much more efficiently. Open fireplaces lose a lot of heat, whereas closed fireplace inserts with glass ceramic panels distribute the heat better in the room.
- Reduced emissions: The closed firebox and adjustable combustion air supply lead to cleaner combustion and fewer pollutant emissions.
- Glass-ceramic panel: The introduction of the heat-resistant glass-ceramic panel made the transition from open to closed fireplaces possible. It protects the living area from flying sparks, but at the same time offers an uninterrupted view of the fire.

Although many European suppliers offer comparable firebox dimensions and disc formats, fireplace inserts vary in function and price. The construction
Cast iron hood for warm air fireplaces with chimney connection under 0 - 180°.

Flue gas nozzle designed as an interchangeable nozzle for the chimney connection with Ø 180 mm / Ø 200 mm / Ø 250 mm.
Sliding door with rope pulleys. Ball-bearing pulleys on both sides with a large radius for gentle rope loading.
Weight set for sliding door. Adjustable for open operation or self-closing.
Mounting frame. Different frame designs for the optical and technical transition to the chimney cladding.
Combustion air connection. Connection nozzles on the side walls and in the floor area for the combustion air line.
