Shipping conditions
Delivery takes place exclusively within Germany. Customers from all other countries can buy from us and collect the goods from us or from another storage location within Germany or have them collected.
Of course, you can request a delivery price to your address in another country; send us an email to: info(@)kamin-fachhandel.de.
Deliveries within Germany:
We calculate the shipping costs according to the order value (gross value of goods):
up to a value of 99.99 EUR = 6.90 EUR
free shipping within mainland Germany from a value of goods of 100 EUR.
For the shipment of bulky goods (freight forwarding) we charge as follows:
up to a value of 99.99 EUR = 6.90 EUR
free shipping within mainland Germany from a value of goods of 100 EUR.

When shipping outside the EU, import duties, taxes and fees may apply in the destination country, which are not included in our prices and will not be charged by us. Please inform yourself accordingly before sending your order. Fees may also be incurred for money transfer (foreign bank transfer), which will be charged to you.

Prepayment: SEPA bank transfer with 5% discount
The cheapest and easiest payment method is bank transfer.
With the bank transfer payment method, you will receive our bank account details with the order confirmation. You can then make the transfer conveniently from home or at your bank. The order will be processed as soon as the amount has been credited to our account.
Delivery periods
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 3 - 50 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 50 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
In the case of payment in advance, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded and ends at the end of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
