ATTENTION ! The colour of the pipe has already been baked at low temperatures during production. These are drying ovens with temperature ranges up to 80°C. This is intended to give the surface a healthy basic strength so that the goods can be packaged without any problems.
However, the final strength of the colour coating is only achieved during the first operation in the ‘real’ oven. This is when the paint ‘really’ burns in. Avoid touching the pipes during this process, e.g. by adjusting the pipes afterwards with gloves, as otherwise marks may occur. Odour nuisance may occur during this burn-in phase. Therefore, remember to ventilate the room during the first burn-in.
