The Skantherm Merano combines a compact design with modern combustion technology and excellent heat-storage capabilities. With a shallow depth of just around 45 cm, this stove is particularly well-suited for smaller living spaces, offering cozy warmth and a generous view of the fire without taking up excessive room.

Its timeless design makes the Merano a versatile choice. Depending on personal preference, it is available with a steel body or high-quality soapstone or natural stone cladding. The stone versions lend the stove a particularly elegant look and store the heat generated during combustion, subsequently releasing it evenly into the room over an extended period.

The steel version can also be equipped with an integrated Thermostone heat-storage module. Depending on the model, the Merano accommodates storage masses of up to 80 kg for the steel version and 245 kg for the soapstone variant.

Additional features include a connection for external combustion air, an optional catalytic converter, and—depending on the model—operation independent of room air.
