The Skantherm Milano is an exceptional heat-storage stove that combines modern design with impressive heat-retention capabilities. Its
solid soapstone cladding makes it a striking focal point while ensuring that the heat generated during combustion is stored for many hours and released evenly into the room.
The elevated combustion chamber brings the fire to a comfortable eye level, offering a beautiful view of the flames. Optionally, the
combustion chamber can be rotated 60° to the right or left, allowing the view of the fire to be flexibly aligned with the living area.
The Milano is available in sizes M and L. The solid soapstone cladding alone provides significant thermal mass: the Milano M model weighs approximately 474 kg, while the larger Milano L variant weighs around 553 kg. Additionally, a
Thermostone heat-storage unit—adding up to 55 kg of storage mass—can be integrated.
With a nominal heat output of 6 kW and an efficiency of at least 75%, the Milano combines efficient combustion with long-lasting radiant heat. An external combustion air supply is possible, as is room-sealed operation and an
optional catalytic converter.
