Brula Basic Stove Set City Grundi Maxi
THE INTELLIGENT STOVE CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM.
The Brula City Grundi Maxi small storage stove is a compact basic stove that impresses with its purist design and efficient heating technology. Weighing around 420 kg and made from a special storage casting compound, it offers long-lasting heat storage and is suitable for the load-bearing capacity of standard homes.
Basic stoves or storage stoves are characterized by their ability to provide long-lasting and healthy heat. The main advantage of this stove system is the radiant heat they produce, as opposed to convection heat, which mainly heats the air. This radiant heat is perceived as particularly pleasant and is ideal for allergy sufferers as it does not stir up dust.
How it works:
Fire and heating gases: As soon as the fire is lit in the combustion chamber, it produces heating gases which are fed through a specially designed draught system.
Storage through firebricks: The draught system consists of firebricks that absorb and store the heat from the heating gases.
Efficient heat flow: The heating gases pass through the entire stove through the draught system before finally being drawn off through the chimney. This maximizes heat storage.
Slow heat release: The stored heat is released as radiant heat over a long period of time. This heat does not warm the air, but only the surfaces or bodies that it hits - similar to solar radiation.
This principle makes wood-burning stoves not only efficient, but also environmentally friendly and beneficial to health, as they generate a pleasant, even heat without causing dust or air movement. They are perfect for living spaces that require a sustainable and natural heat source.
Technical data:
- Nominal heat output: 2.4 kW/h
- Efficiency: 84 %
- Dimensions (H x W x D): 1,610 mm x 590 mm x 400 mm
- Viewing window (H x W): 225 mm x 335 mm

The stove has a secondary air feed in the upper rear area of the firebox, which enables a type of post-combustion of the heating gases and thus ensures environmentally friendly combustion. The air purge between the two glass panes of the firebox door guarantees a clear view of the fire. An outside air connection is also provided to ensure a fresh air supply.
