Electric Fireplace Faber e-MatriX 1300/400 III Linear
Electric Fireplace Faber e-MatriX 1300/400 III Linear
Elektric Fireplace Faber e-MatriX 1300/400 III
OPTI-MYST - the electric fire that sets standards - even closer to the element of fire!
The new electric Linear Fire models offer a generous flame pattern across almost the entire width of the fireplace, regardless of the flame height. Even with minimal heating requirements, the flames of these models come into their own. There are two installation widths, each with three installation variants and various interior decorations to choose from.
For a fireplace that suits you.
Real Flames: Experience the third dimension!
The Opti-myst fire puts an end to the "flat" fire effect of conventional electric fireplaces. Faber has developed a 3-dimensional fire with smoke effect. Never before has electric fire burned so realistically. From all sides you can watch the flame play. Experience electric fireplaces in the third dimension.
Only electricity and water are needed
The fire image of the e-MatriX is the result of a further development of the patented Opti-myst ® system. Only electricity and water are necessary for this; (LED) lighting and water foggers create "flames" that are indistinguishable from real fire. The ultrafine water mist also ensures a balanced moisture balance in your home.
The energy consumption is extremely low. This makes the "burner" of the e-MatriX environmentally friendly and user-friendly. It is recommended to replace the nebulizers (transducers) at least once a year, depending on usage.
NOTE: Connection to a water pipe is required for the water supply of all models from the e-Matrix series. Alternatively there is a pump system from the manufacturer. Please select in the options if necessary.
Flexible and secure
Electric fireplaces can be installed at any desired location Plug in and off you go. They are environmentally friendly, comfortable to use and child safe.

Protective measures/safety instructions during installation of gas fireplaces
The following protective measures and safety instructions must be strictly observed:
- Installation and maintenance of the appliance may only be carried out by a recognized and competent installer in the field of gas heating and electricity.
- No modifications may be made to the appliance.
- Only use the flue gas extraction/combustion air supply system supplied by DRU.
- Procedure for installing a freestanding appliance: place the appliance at the specified minimum distance from the rear wall (see the information later in this text).
- Do not cover the appliance or wrap it in an insulating blanket or other materials. Ensure that there are no flammable objects and/or materials in the radiation area of the appliance. This radiation range is 500 mm, unless otherwise specified.
- Only use the set included in the scope of delivery, for example the wooden block set or the pebble set, and place it exactly as described.
- Leave the space around the ionizing pin and the ignition pin free and never place any incandescent material around these pins.
- Make sure that the gas pipes and connections are clean and free of any impurities. Install a gas tap in accordance with the applicable regulations.
- Check the entire system for gas leaks before commissioning.
- Make sure that the pressure equalization hatch(es) on the top and/or bottom of the appliance are not blocked and check that these hatch(es) are well connected to the sealing surface before installing the appliance.
- Do not ignite the appliance until it has been fully installed in terms of gas technology, exhaust technology and electrical technology; first go through the procedure described in chapter 7.3 of the instructions.
- Do not use the appliance if a pane is broken and/or cracked. The pane must be replaced first.
Procedure for installing a built-in appliance:
- Use fireproof and heat-resistant materials for the fireplace surround, including the top of the fireplace surround and the material inside the fireplace surround, such as the floor under the appliance and the rear wall in front of which the appliance is installed. Both panel materials and stone-like materials can be used for this purpose.
- Take appropriate protective measures to ensure that the wall behind the fireplace surround and the materials or objects located behind the rear wall do not heat up too much.
- Observe the minimum specifications regarding the internal dimensions of the fireplace surround. These have been specified for safety reasons and to avoid extreme heat build-up in the fireplace conversion.
- Ventilate the fireplace conversion using ventilation openings (see instructions). These openings are crucial for safety and to prevent extreme heat build-up in the fireplace conversion.
- The electrical connections must be heat-resistant.
- Position the heat-resistant power connections away from the appliance and as low as possible in the fireplace surround.
- This applies in connection with the temperature development in the fireplace surround.
The appliance is designed to create a cozy atmosphere and to heat. This means that all visible surfaces, including the glass, can become hotter than 100°C. It is recommended to always place a protective grille in front of the appliance if children, the elderly or the physically disabled are in the same room as the appliance. If vulnerable persons may regularly be present in the room without supervision, a fixed screen must be fitted around the appliance.
